With the gloves included in the package you place the sails over the top of the hose and then pull the strap to hold them in place. Then you pull the cloth around the tire and as close as possible to the road. Move the car so that the wheel makes half a revolution. Pull off the rest of the tire making sure it is evenly spread across the tire.
