The Gardena soil moisture sensor reliably measures the soil moisture exactly where it is important, at the root of the plants. Both in lawn and flower beds and in less deep flower pots. The sensor is connected to the irrigation control via a 5 m long cable, which can be extended to up to 105 m if required. If the soil moisture is sufficient, the next planned watering is skipped to save water. The flat sensor protrudes only 20 mm from the ground and can thus remain on the lawn on which a robotic lawnmower is used without any damage.

Compatible with Gardena Flex, Select, Bluetooth, master and 9V Bluetooth irrigation controls. Can also be used with MultiControl duo, the multi-channel controls 4030 and 6030 and older Gardena control systems with sensor connection.
