*INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Apply the mask to completely cover the nose, mouth and chin
• Press the tip plate into the shape of the nose
• Avoid touching the mask while wearing it
• Remove the mask holding only the rubber bands
• Throw the disposable mask in the special bin for contaminated items
